Welcome to DreamStick Adventures. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
DreamStick Adventures creates personalized AI-generated bedtime story videos for children, delivered by email to a parent or guardian. You provide details about your child (name, age, theme preferences) and we generate a custom narrated video tailored to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using DreamStick Adventures, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you provide.
DreamStick Adventures offers monthly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on your billing date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
We offer one free personalized video per email address, no subscription required. Free sample videos are subject to availability and may be limited or discontinued at any time.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hello@dreamstickadventures.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive videos through the date you have already paid for. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving a video you were entitled to, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a credit at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the information you provide (your child's name, age, and preferences). The personalized videos we generate are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — for your family's enjoyment only. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the videos.

DreamStick Adventures is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generated video will meet your expectations. AI-generated stories are creative and may occasionally include unexpected content — if a video is not suitable for your child, please contact us and we will generate a replacement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamStick Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the DreamStick Adventures service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing available subscription plans, video formats, story themes, or delivery schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes by email in advance. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
